Data transmission
All nodes in the tree network have enabled NAPT, allowing for ping and iperf testing.
However, using NAPT for ping and iperf has operational limitations.
1 . Ping and iperf can be performed from lower to upper nodes on the same branch.
2 . Ping and iperf can be performed between two directly connected nodes.
3 . Ping and iperf can be performed between nodes with the same parent node
4 . In other cases, ping and iperf cannot be performed, such as between nodes on different nodes on different branchs.
Based on the BK Wi-Fi Mesh mesh topology, BK Wi-Fi Mesh has realized the BK specific private communication mechanism, featuring low transmission delay, high transmission efficiency, and good transmission stability.
The mechanism has facilitated data communication among arbitrary nodes in the Mesh. This includes distribution network, network control, device management, and OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.
Data Security in Mesh Networks
BK Wi Fi Mesh adopts the highest level of IoT security chips (such as BK7236/BK7258), and users can choose to use the secure version of hardware encryption and decryption functions, making network data transmission more secure.
