The steps performed by the lcd_rgb_jpeg demo are as follows:
- 1.config rgb lcd
rgb clk
lcd init if lcd need
display module x y pixel
if image pixel is biger then lcd size, config lcd x y pixel and partical display params
2.config jpeg and camera
3.config jpeg decode module
4.jpeg encode frame isr
5.jpeg decode frame isr
6.change lcd base addr if you want
